摘要 An online AD(ADvertisement) system and a method thereof are provided to pay a proper AD charge according to a display frequency of an AD image and induce a CP(Content Provider) to make better quality contents by applying an AD cost discriminated according to popularity of the contents. A contents merger(14) generates merged contents by merging information for AD selected by a CP(6) among AD images(2) received from a plurality of advertisers(4) into the contents(8) received from the CP. An AD charge calculator(18) calculates an AD charge to be provided to the CP based on a display frequency of the merged contents. An AD charge payer(20) pays the calculated AD charge, or the mileage or points corresponding to the calculated AD charge to the CP. The contents merger receives the AD images and AD options including an AD charge payment condition from the advertisers, and transmits an AD list including the AD options for the AD images to a CP computer by responding to an AD list transmission request.
