<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monoclonal antibodies corresponding to chondroitinase ABC for producing ultrahigh-purity chondroitinase ABC fractions. <P>SOLUTION: This invention discloses monoclonal antibodies specifically connecting to chondroitinase ABC individually; a hybridoma strain producing the corresponding antibodies; and a method for measuring chondroitinases ABC by using the antibodies. It further provides a method for producing chondroitinase ABC fraction having following properties (1) and (2), including the step for detecting the chondroitinase ABC according to this measuring method wherein (1) the chondroitin sulfate lyase II is not detected by carrying out the immunoassay using an antibody specifically connecting to the chondroitin sulfate lyase II and (2) the peak of the chondroitin sulfate lyase II is not detected by the high-performance liquid chromatography. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
