PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very thin tag for RFID(radio frequency identification) securing sealability between an IC chip and an antenna coil and capable of being curved corresponding to a curved outer surface of an article. SOLUTION: This tag for an RFID comprises the IC chip 13 and the antenna coil 14. The Chip 13 and the coil 14 are integrally surrounded by resin 16 by injection molding or cast molding. The coil 14 comprises a magnetic coil member 14a formed in a flat plate shape by a magnetic material, and coil body 14b spirally wound around member 14a with an axis extending in a plane of the member 14a as the center, and the chip 13 is adhered to surface of the member 14a or mounted in the vicinity of the member 14a. The member 14a is formed by powder made of a magnetic material or a composite material of flakes and plastic, where the composite material is made of a magnetic material of 10-56 volume % and the plastic of 90-44 volume %. |
