A shoulder strap and a belt type heat vest are provided to achieve good wearing feelings, to make a belt portion contracted and expanded freely according to the physical condition of a user. A belt type heat vest includes a shoulder band(1), a back plate(2) and a belt(3) having a fixing unit(9). Heaters(4) are built in the waist contact portions and the abdomen contact portions of the back plate and the belt. A battery receiving tool(6) is installed on the outer side of the belt to receive a battery(5). A power switch(7) and a control portion(8) for controlling the driving of heaters are installed on one side of the belt. Plural elastic bands(31) are installed on the belt. Temperature detection sensors(10) are installed around the heaters to let the control portion control the operation of the heaters according to the set temperature. |
