A conveyer roller structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate maintenance and repair of a conveyer roller by replacing only a sleeve roller in case of damage to or aging of the sleeve roller. A conveyer roller structure includes a roller base(5), roller screw units, and a sleeve roller(11). The roller base has support units(1) supported to a bearing at both ends and a middle unit(3) with a circular cross section at a center part. The roller screw units are formed on both ends of the middle unit of the roller base. The sleeve roller has sleeve screw units(7) coupled with the roller screw units on an inner peripheral surface and roughness forming balls(9) on an outer peripheral surface. The sleeve roller fastened to the roller screw units of the middle unit is fixed by snap rings fitted to grooves formed on both ends of the middle unit.
