A garment (2) for the torso of a person having a lower edge (18) extending around the person when the garment is being worn. The garment comprises a pocket (20) in which the garment may be stowed for storage. The pocket is disposed in a portion of the garment adjacent the lower edge of the garment preferably with an opening (24) adjacent the lower edge of the garment. In another embodiment the garment comprises a water resistant portion (120) on the rear panel of the garment. The water resistant panel serves as a seat portion when the user is in a seated position. |
