PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extruded rubber sheet, capable of forming a good tapered end part free from undulation when a rubber sheet having a special shape, for example, a rubber sheet, of which both end parts in the width direction of the sheet are formed into a sharp taper shape, is especially produced in continuous flat rubber sheeting, and a rubber extrusion mouth piece used therein. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the extruded rubber sheet, an unvulcanized rubber material is supplied to a roller die from an extruder through the rubber extrusion mouth piece and molded into a sheet shape subjected to profile processing using the roller die. As the rubber extrusion mouth piece, a mouthpiece 1, wherein the shape of a rubber supply slot 2 is almost similar to the sheet shape in the roller die and formed so as to become smaller than the sheet shape, is used.
