<p>The dangerous goods packaging has primary containers (1) in the form of a bucket (18) and having a first cap (19) to access the dangerous goods. The primary container contains liquids and has a pressure of at least 95 kPa. A secondary container (3) in the form of a capped container has a primary reservoir (1) and has a fluid absorbing material (6) stored in it. An outer packaging (12) is provided in the form of folding cartons (20), in which the second container is incorporated in the primary reservoir.
