<p>HOLLOW FIBER POROUS MEMBRANE AND METHOD OF FIBRICATING THE SAME The present invention provides a hollow fiber membrane bundle comprises a plurality of single hollow fiber membrane strands. In some embodiments, the hollow fiber membrane bundle further comprises a reinforce support strand/tubule, wherein the hollow fiber membrane strands are surrounding the reinforce support strand/tubule. The present invention also provides a method for producing hollow fiber membrane bundles comprising a plurality of single hollow fiber membrane strands, wherein the bundle has following features: outer diameter 0.3 - 3 mm, wall thickness 0.05 - 1 mm, porosity 50 - 90%, pore size 0.01 - 1 mm, the tensile strength at break of bundled hollow fiber membranes 0.2 - 10.0 Kg/bundle, and pure water flux 600-10,000 L/m2 h@0.1MPa, 25oC.
