Method for dialogue adaptation and dialogue system for this purpose

The method involves incrementing or decrementing respective condition transitions. An adaptation process is started during exceeding or falling below of a boundary value fixed to a counter, a group of timers or for a variable derived from the timers. Quality of a system sided dialogue part is changed in a user class reference manner, so that the part is adapted based on an initial quality that is repeated to needs of members of respective user classes in a user class selective manner. The initial quality is given during implementation in an automated speech dialogue system. An independent claim is also included for an automated speech dialogue system for performing a method for adjusting quality of dialogues.
