<p>The creation method involves providing at least one data record (1) and a semantics item in digital form. The data record and the semantics item are electronically signed to produce signed data record and signed semantics (2) and produce a human-readable representation (4) of the document. The signed data record and signed semantics are combined into the produced representation. Signed semantics is extracted and used as basis for producing an idempotent, human-readable representation of the document.
