An RF repeater with a built-in antenna for canceling a feedback interference signal is provided to install a built-in feedback ICM to secure isolation, cancel a multi-path feedback interference signal, and cancel a feedback interference signal changed according to a change of surrounding environment, thereby operating a mobile communication network stably. An RF(Radio Frequency) repeater with a built-in antenna for canceling a feedback interference signal comprises a first duplexer(100), a downlink LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(110), a downlink frequency down-converter(120), a downlink feedback ICM(Interference Cancellation Module)(130), a downlink frequency up-converter(140), a downlink power amplifier(150), a second duplexer(200), an uplink LNA(210), an uplink frequency down-converter(220), an uplink feedback ICM(230), an uplink frequency up-converter(240), and an uplink power amplifier(250). The downlink feedback ICM separates a signal received from a BS(Base Station) inputted from a donor antenna(10) of a signal of the downlink frequency down-converter, and a feedback interference signal, which is outputted from a coverage antenna(20) and is inputted to the donor antenna, and cancels the feedback interference signal. The uplink feedback ICM separates a signal received from the terminal of a service coverage inputted from the coverage antenna of a signal of the uplink frequency down-converter, and a feedback interference signal, which is outputted from the donor antenna and is inputted to the coverage antenna, and cancels the feedback interference signal.
