A method for operating a single communication queue for reporting a location in real-time is provided to reduce network traffic by deleting meaningless past data effectively and transfer data quickly by reducing transmission waiting time in a communication queue, as the communication queue operates to transmit only the latest data by using the single communication queue capable of storing only one latest data. A communication queue processor receives a request for transmitting generated location reporting data from an operation program process. The communication queue processor stores only the latest location reporting data to a communication queue. The communication queue processor deletes the data not transmitted from the communication queue and stores the latest location reporting data to the communication queue.
