MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TIE ROD END OF THE VEHICLE

A method for processing a tie rod end of a vehicle is provided to clamp long parts without movement, and to reduce processing cost of the tie rod end by holding a head part and a connecting part of the tie rod end stably and forming a female part at the connecting part of the tie rod end. A connecting part of a tie rod end is placed between an upper fixed block of an upper arm and a lower fixed block of a lower arm(S100). A cutting tool is installed at a tool rest of a CNC lathe to cut a side of the connecting part vertically(S110). A drill is mounted at the tool rest to form a hole at the center of the side of the connecting part(S120). The side of the connecting par is chamfered by a chamfering tool(S130). A female screw part is formed on the connecting part of the tie rod end by female screw-processing the hole of the tie rod end(S140). The tie rod end is taken out to the side by releasing the held state of the head part and the connecting part of the tie rod end(S150).
