An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to fix an optical sheet stably by the interaction of the first fixing member arranged at a mold frame and the second fixing member arranged at the optical sheet. A light guide panel(320) is located at the rear of an LCD panel(100). A light source member is located along a side of the light guide panel. A mold frame includes a body frame formed along the edge of the LCD panel. An extension member(220) is extended from the body frame inwardly and supports the LCD panel. The mold frame also includes the first fixing member(222) at the direction of the light guide panel. An optical sheet(310) is interposed between the LCD panel and the light guide panel and includes the second fixing member located at the outside of the first fixing member. The movement of the second fixing member toward the inward direction is limited by the interaction with the first fixing member. The first fixing member is arranged at the extension member.
