A device and a method for managing construction projects in a cabinet type based on customization to each field are provided to enable the fields to manage the construction projects conveniently by providing management functions suitable for the field in consideration of common functions applied to all fields and specialty of each field. A connecting module(300) supports network communication with a client PC(100). A project managing module(200) provides a construction project management service to a user connected through the client PC. A system managing module(500) manages personal information of the connected users. The project managing module includes a user manager(402) and a project manager(406). The project manager includes a project register enabling the user to register a project by providing a project information input window and receiving project information through the project information input window when the client PC is connected, a cabinet function selector enabling the user to select a desired business management function for the project by providing a plurality of project management functions, and a cabinet selection function manager managing the selected project management function. |
