<p>A method for preparing polymer particles, a plant for preparing polymer particles, and the polymer particles prepared by the method are provided to obtain a foamed or foaming polymer particles loaded with a propellant and having a desired size distribution. A method for preparing polymer particles comprises the steps of melting the recirculated polymer particle(5) containing a propellant at an extruder(6) to form the recirculated polymer melt(12); and removing the propellant contained in the polymer particle recirculated from the recirculated polymer melt with melting a polymer granulate directly at a polymerization plant containing a reactor(15) and a degasification apparatus(16) or at a melting apparatus(17) to prepare a polymer melt(11).</p> |
