Aqueous two-component adhesive composition comprises a first component (K1) containing at least an organoalkoxysilane and at least a non-aqueous surfactant, and a second component (K2) containing at least water and at least an acid, where the acid is in a quantity such that after mixing the components (K1) and (K2) the reaction mixture is in acid form. Independent claims are included for: (1) a packing (6) comprising a two-form package (5), where the two forms are separated by a separator (3) and chambers (1, 2) and the two-component adhesive composition, where the component K1 is in first chamber and component K2 is in second chamber; (2) an aqueous composition comprising a mixture of components (K1) and (K2) of the two-component adhesive composition; (3) a method for pre-treating a substrate surface comprising mixing the components (K1) and (K2) of two-component adhesive composition and applying the obtained mixture on the surface of the substrate; (4) a method for packing or sealing comprising (i) mixing the components (K1) and (K2) of the two-component adhesive composition, (ii) applying the obtained mixture on the substrate (S1), which can be sealed together, applying an adhesive or sealing material on the aerated aqueous adhesive composition, which on the substrate (S1) and contacting the adhesive or sealing material with a second substrate (S2), or repeating the steps (i) and (ii), applying an adhesive or sealing material on the surface of S2 and contacting the adhesive or sealing material with the aerated aqueous adhesive composition, or repeating the steps (i) and (ii), aerating the two-component adhesive composition and applying the adhesive or sealing material between the surfaces of the substrates (S1) and (S2); and (5) packed or sealed article obtained by the above process. |
