A lightweight loess soundproof board is provided to have soundproofing, heat-insulating, antibacterial, deodorant, and nonflammable functions, to emit far infrared rays, and to generate no harmful material. A loess soundproof board is obtained by the steps of: mixing polymers(3) and loess as main materials, with chips of functional materials such as aluminum sheets, rice straw, charcoal(7), etc; kneading the mixture with a proper amount of water; and press-molding the kneaded material into a tile shape. The loess soundproof board includes pores(11) having a pore size of 0.5-3 mm, a loess layer having a thickness of 1-5 mm, an uneven pattern, the charcoal, a fiber cover(10), and a soundproof plate(2) which adheres to the bottom of the loess soundproof board and is formed of wood or polyethylene foam.
