A method for corrugating a carbon fiber sheet is provided to maintain the corrugated carbon fiber sheet in the even and stable form for a long time, and to enhance a conversion rate of carbon fiber into silicon carbon fiber. A method for corrugating a carbon fiber sheet includes the steps of: impregnating a carbon fiber sheet with a composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, a filler, and a solvent; drying the impregnated carbon fiber sheet; and corrugating the carbon fiber sheet. The method further includes a step of flattening the dried carbon fiber sheet through hot rolling before the corrugation step. The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin, 10-200 parts by weight of the filler, and 100-2000 parts by weight of the solvent. Further, the filler is silica powder and has a diameter of 0.1 to 100mu.
