An electronic hula hoop is provided to enable a user to do hula hoop exercise indoors or in the state of sitting down, and to maintain playing feeling of the hula hoop while doubling the exercising effects. An electronic hula hoop includes a controller(201) and a belt(203). The controller detects the state of the rotating motion of a user's waist and controls the rotating pattern and the rotating speed according to the results of the detection. The belt is coupled to one end of the controller, and is compressed and fastened along the user's waist. The belt provides a predetermined pressure for the user's waist in turn in response to the control of the rotating pattern and the rotating speed. The belt includes LEDs(211) and a pad. The LEDs are mounted on the outer circumference of the belt.
