FIELD: physics; measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to instrument making and can be used for measuring of the rate of flux of water preferentially in municipal water supply. Technical effect of the invention is the magnification of a resource of operation, immunity to action of hydroshocks and magnification of protection against action of an exterior magnetic field. The device consists of the case with input and target branch pipes. In the case the measuring unit, with capable to rotate is located, vane wheel, with the ring magnet erected in it, gyration of vane wheel through the dividing cover executed from plastic is transmitted on the calculating mechanism with the ring magnet erected in it and located on the case. In a dividing cover the steel washer is reinforced and executed from the leg of the vane wheel four dispersing from centre along edge radiuses.
