A digital broadcasting signal, a method and an apparatus of processing the same are provided to solve inconvenience that a user should turn channels in person by providing a related program in an emergency. An apparatus of processing a digital broadcasting signal includes a demultiplexing unit, a parsing unit, a storage unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The demultiplexing unit filters a table section including related program or channel information in a received digital broadcasting signal. The parsing unit receives and parses the filtered table section to extract the related program or channel information. The storage unit stores the extracted related program or channel information. The display unit displays the extracted related program or channel information. The control unit controls the storage unit to store the extracted related program or channel information and controls the display unit to display the extracted related program or channel information.
