A device for bending and cutting a lead of an ABS sensor element is provided to reduce the number of process and to successively bend and cut the lead of the ABS sensor element by vertically aligning a bending/cutting punch between two transferring rollers. A device for bending and cutting a lead of an ABS sensor element comprises guide rollers(20,20a), a lead fixing die, a bending/cutting die, a bending/cutting punch, an inject pusher, and a discharging shoot. The guide rollers are installed at an inlet and an outlet respectively to transfer an ABS sensor element IC/capacitor unit. The bending/cutting die is located a rear part of the lead fixing die, and has an upper inclined surface, a lower inclined surface, a cutting edge, and a bending edge. The upper and the lower inclined surfaces bend the lead. The cutting edge is formed at an end of the lower inclined surface. The bending edge is formed at an end of the upper inclined surface. The bending/cutting punch is mated to the upper and the lower incline surface, the cutting edge and the bending edge of the bending/cutting die and vertically ascended and descended from the upper part of the bending/cutting die by a pneumatic cylinder(C1) to bend the lead. |
