An oil cooling apparatus for a generator shaft bearing in a power generation system is provided to reinforce support force of tubes by changing the configuration of a tube holder such that stress concentration on a specific region is prevented. An oil cooling apparatus for a generator shaft bearing in a power generation system comprises a thrust bearing to support a lower end of the generator shaft, and an oil cooler(20) to cool bearing oil filled in a bearing oil cup. The oil cooler includes a plurality of fragment tubes, flanges(230,240) for joining the fragment tubes, water sealing packing(250) interposed between the flanges, and tube holders(260) to connect the fragment tubes with the bearing oil cup. The fragment tubes include first fragment tubes(210) and second fragment tubes(220). The fragment tube forms a shape of an arc when the first and second fragment tubes are coupled with each other.
