FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: engine is switched off, cover above transmission is opened, device for oil pressure measurement in hydraulic control system is installed on outlet louvers grid, hoses are fixed to brackets on outlet louvers beam, plugs are unscrewed out of distribution mechanisms threaded openings and hoses are connected with nozzles. Cover above transmission is put down and fixed to sideboard with bolt until stop into bracket. Caterpillars are disconnected, removed from drive wheels, pedal of shut-down brake is removed from the clutch and pedal is released. Engine of oil supplying pump is switched on for pressurized oil supply in board gear-boxes and distribution mechanisms. Taking turns, shift levers of forward and reverse motions, levers of turn control and clutch pedals, oil pressure is monitored with the gauges, and received values are compared to the requested ones. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to significantly reduce time for transmission preparation for movement, and to increase tank battle readiness as a whole. |
