A method for catalytic hydrogenating silicone containing hydrocarbon feed raw materials is provided to increase the operation time and efficiency of a hydrogenating reactor for treating the feed raw materials by improving the run time length and the silicone capacity. A method for catalytic hydrogenating silicone containing hydrocarbon feed raw materials comprises the steps of: (a) contacting feed raw materials with a first hydrogenating catalyst displaced in at least two reactors, each of which is connected to each other in series to a temperature of 410 deg.C in the presence of hydrogen to decrease the content of silicone compounds in the feed raw materials; (b) cooling the treated feed raw materials down to a temperature of 280-350 deg.C; and (c) contacting the cooled feed raw materials with a second hydrogenating catalyst under effective conditions for decreasing concentrations of sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds, wherein the feed raw materials detours around the first reactor having the first hydrogenating catalyst.
