A food waste annihilating system is provided to enable an operator to operate remotely the system, assemble and repair an agitation drum and agitation vanes easily, maintain the external appearance of the system beautifully, degrade food waste easily while preventing odor of food waste from emitting to the outside, remove food waste stuck to a supporting bar, wash an embedded hot water tank easily, and wash and disinfect the interior of a washing room. A food waste annihilating system(1) comprises: PLC ethernet cards embedded in a touch screen(2) and a personnel computer, the touch screen being mounted on a top face of a system housing(10); a disassembly and assembly type agitation drum divided into a plurality of parts and installed with the system housing; a door housing room in which a food waste hopper is formed, which is formed on an inclined face at an upper side of the system housing, and in which a door is housed; a deodorizing and degrading material sprayer(140) including drag material spray nozzles(147) installed on an inner side of the food waste hopper, and a drag material tank(141) in which deodorizing and degrading materials are filled; a disassembly and assembly type agitation vane device including agitation vanes installed on a rotary shaft in a predetermined distance; an embedded hot water sprayer which is mounted on an embedded hot water tank(110) with a heater(114), and which is installed on an inner part of the disassembly and assembly type agitation drum; an inverter connected to a geared starting motor and reversely operated at certain time intervals to rotate reversely the disassembly and assembly type agitation vane device; and a hand cleaning and disinfecting device(15) mounted on a front face of the system housing.
