An abrasive material supplying apparatus for segment manufacture of a cutting/polishing tool and a segment manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize performance error between segments and to increase cutting efficiency of the tool by guiding an abrasive material to guiding grooves and supplying the abrasive material stably. An abrasive material supplying apparatus(100) comprises a body part(110), and a suction plate(120). The body part, communicating with an air suction device(210), has a chamber(111). The suction plate has one side with a plurality of abrasive material suction holes(121) to suck the abrasive material by sucking of the air sucking device, and the other side with guiding grooves(122) for guiding suction of the abrasive material. A section of the guiding groove is circular or square. The suction plate is detachably fastened to the body part.
