A master batch, a rubber composition for a tire containing the master batch, and a tire containing the rubber comprising the composition are provided to improve the dispersion of carbon black and abrasion resistance. A master batch comprises 0.1-160 parts by weight the carbon black which is oxidized with the ozone water having a concentration of 5-100 mg/L; 0.1-160 parts by weight a process oil; and 100 parts by weight of rubber. Preferably the carbon black is at least one selected from N103, N234, N330, N339, N550 and N660; and the process oil is at least one selected from an aromatic oil, a naphthene-based oil and a paraffin oil.
