摘要 A metal mesh-reinforced fluorine resin based solid lubrication substrate is provided to maintain mechanical strength and stability while forming a framework and a shape of the solid lubrication substrate, and greatly increase tensile strength and mechanical strength of a bronze mesh by fusing contact portions of a bronze wire, and a manufacturing method of the solid lubrication substrate is provided. A metal mesh-reinforced fluorine resin based solid lubrication substrate comprises: a metal coating film(2) formed, by the electroless plating process, on a surface of the bronze mesh woven with a bronze wire(1); a bronze mesh having fusion parts(3) in which contact portions of the bronze wire are fused by high temperature reduction heat treatment; a fluorine resin polymer layer(5) for covering upper and lower faces of the bronze mesh; and a solid lubricant layer(7) formed on upper and lower faces of the fluorine resin polymer layer. The fluorine resin polymer layer is prepared by adding 57.6 to 67.2 wt.% of a fluorine resin powder, 3.6 to 4.8 wt.% of a graphite powder, 14.6 to 18.8 wt.% of a glass fiber powder, and 14.6 to 18.8 wt.% of a surfactant into 500 ml of distilled water, stirring and dispersing the materials into the distilled water to obtain a fluorine resin-containing mixed solution, and heating and polymerizing the mixed solution.
