An automatic recovery type leakage breaker of a motor driving scheme is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by automatically recovering a power with a micro motor and a decelerator. A passive lever rotation axis(101) is installed on a main body(100). A passive lever(102) is rotatably coupled to the rotation axis. A lower contact point(103) is coupled to a power. An upper contact point(104) is lifted upward or downward by a switching operation of the passive lever. A lower contact point spring(105) provides a recovering force to the lower contact point. A rotation axis spring(106) provides a recovering force to the passive lever. A connection unit connects the passive lever to the upper contact point. A vertical guide bar(109) guides the connection unit. A guide bar rib(109b) limits an operation distance. A horizontal latch bar(111) holds or releases the vertical guide bar. A latch bar spring(112) maintains an elastic force of the horizontal latch bar. A micro motor rotates the passive lever to recover the upper/lower contact points. A decelerator increases a rotation force of the micro motor. A rotation cam(118) is coupled to the decelerator and rotates the passive lever passive lever.
