A guide block for the visually impaired is provided to fulfill its own function for a long term without separation or damage by coupling a guide plate and a base member attached to a support block completely, and to improve productivity by reducing the progress of the work and to be manufactured in commercial quantity with low manpower. A guide block for the visually impaired comprises a support block formed in the shape of a box with waste synthetic resins, and a guide plate(200) provided with a guide projection(210) to be fixed to the upper part of the support block, wherein the support block and the guide plate are fixed by inserting a ring-shaped metal coil(1) to the joint surface, and heating the ring-shaped metal coil with a high-frequency guide coil and melting the circumference.
