摘要 A method for preparing a beer is provided to use deep sea water collected from the depth of water less than 200 meters as a beer manufacturing water by adjusting hardness of deep sea water after desalination since the deep sea water does not include contaminants and harmful bacteria and show microclustered characteristics of water molecules under high pressure for a long time. A method for preparing a beer comprises the steps of: (a) producing a beer manufacturing water by heating deep sea water collected under the depth of water less than 200 meters, pre-filtering the heated sea water, and desalinating the pre-filtered sea water through nano-filtration, a first reverse osmotic filtration, pH adjustment, and a second reverse osmotic filtration; (b) preparing a mineral adjusting agent by removing NaCl and SO4^2- from bittern, producing calcium powder from materials such as bones of animals and shells of oyster and shellfish, and mixing the NaCl and SO4^2- removed bittern with the calcium powder; (c) adjusting hardness of the beer manufacturing water using the mineral adjusting agent by adjusting the hardness and pH of water finally desalinated by the second reverse osmotic filtration and microclusterizing the hardness and pH adjusted desalinated water; and (d) preparing the beer by preparing malt, glycating the malt to isolate wort therefrom, fermenting the wort using yeast, storing the fermented new beer at low temperature for 1-3 months, filter precipitated materials from the ripened beer to produce clean and clear draft beer and packing the filtered beer to prepare a final product.
