A display device is provided to check and compensate alignment error easily between a tape carrier package and the display panel by forming a scale mark on a thin film transistor substrate. A display device includes a display panel and a tape carrier package. The display panel includes first pads and a scale mark(112). The first pad is formed in an end of a wire connected to a pixel, which is formed on a display substrate. The scale mark is disposed around the first pad and has a scale shape. The tape carrier package includes a flexible substrate, a driving IC, input wires, output wires(240), and a measuring mark(250). The output wires are connected to the driving IC and second pads are formed in the output wires corresponding to the first pads. The measuring mark is disposed around the second pad and measures misalignments of the first and second pads. |
