FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: combined comparison microscope consists of comparison branch, which consists of serially connected microscope and video camera with a monitor. The microscope also has an extra comparison branch, consisting of serially connected microscope and video camera with a monitor, and common control unit for the control branches. Each comparison branch is supplemented with an autonomous unit for correction of conversion of image signals into electrical signals and shaping control signals for illumination and optic-electronic parameters of the video cameras and monitors. The common control unit for comparison branches are connected to the autonomous units for correction of conversion of image signals into electrical signals and shaping control signals for illumination and optic-electronic parameters of video cameras and monitors of each comparison branch. ^ EFFECT: broadening of functional capabilities of comparing objects in a microscope and simplification of its optical system. ^ 1 dwg |
