[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound which has an anticoagulation activity based on the inhibition of an activated blood coagulation factor X and is useful as a blood coagulation inhibitor or a preventive or therapeutic agent for a disease caused by thrombus or embolus. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A benzene derivative characterized by having a chemical structure in which a phenol ring and a benzene ring are bound via an amide bond and the phenol ring is further bound to a benzene ring or a heteroaryl ring via an amide bond or a salt thereof. These comounds have an excellent activated blood coagulation factor X inhibitory action and particularly has an excellent oral activity.
