<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring an outer diameter of a roll using a rack for processing the roll is provided to rapidly and precisely measure the outer diameter of the roll. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) comprises a roll outer diameter measuring part(30) including a clamping unit(10) installed on one side of a carriage(140) of a roll processing rack(100), and divided into a supporting block(12), a guide block(14) and a clamping block(18), and a dial gauge(20) installed on a front end of an adjusting bar(24) adjustably clamped by the clamping unit and having an adjusting plate(22) installed on a rear side thereof; a reference gauge(40) installed on a tail stock(120) of the roll processing rack to allow null adjustment of the dial gauge of the roll outer diameter measuring part; and an operation panel(60) installed on the carriage of the roll processing rack to process value measured by the dial gauge, and controlling the null adjustment of the dial gauge and measurement of an outer diameter of a roll(R).</p> |
