FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: said device for fluid flow shut-off comprises a body with adjacent sections of piping, an elastic torus-shaped shut-off device and an insert for interaction with the shut-off device inner face. Torus-shaped elastic shut-off device is installed in the body coaxially to the adjacent sections of piping and is connected to control pressure source. In addition, the device comprises a pair of disk side-plates. The said side-plates are installed in the body across the fluid flow direction. The shut-off device is installed between the said side-plates. The latter have channels for fluid passing. The insert is a rod.
