FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of drying fibre, fine-grained and powdery materials, which are inclined to formation of lumps, agglomerates, to their sticking to equipment components, and also to device for drying, and this invention may be used in chemical, metallurgical, food, resin and other industries. Drying method includes supplying wet material to support-distributing grid with simultaneous supply of drying agent under it, drier grid together with the material placed on it is treated by impulse excitation by delivering blows to the grid, which are directed upwards, and blows are delivered to loop areas of support-distributing grid own vibrations. Device consists of casing, support-distributive grid with gas distributing chamber, nozzle for supply of wet material, nozzles of dried material and wet gas outlet, nozzle for supply of drying agent. The grid is fixed in the casing between flanges with possibility of making transverse vibrations in vertical direction, for instance, clamped between elements that allow for grid vibrations. ^ EFFECT: invention is supposed to increase efficiency of drying process; to reduce power inputs; to reduce load on foundation and increase device reliability. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg, 3 ex |
