FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods of determining order of dispersed composition of gas-liquid foams and may be used for regulation of structural parameters of those foams, which are used for fire extinguishing, for heat insulation of drag grounds with freezing foams, for manufacturing aerated concrete and other hardening foam materials. The substance of the invention is the following: foam sampling is done directly out of pressurized foam line. With the help of device in the form of measuring cell, the scanned image of foam sample is received, which is investigated with the help of computer program, and in a few seconds information is obtained about the structural characteristics of gas-liquid foams. Measuring cell consists of flat optical glass, which is rigidly fixed on scanning device, and metal plate, which is made with the possibility of approaching flat optical glass by means of micrometric device. Device contains flexible hoses for foam supply into measuring cell by connecting it with foam line, and for foam return back to foam line. ^ EFFECT: improves adequacy of analysis results and reduces time for performance and processing of measurements. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
