FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drying procedure of dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Drying plant with vibration boiling layer consists of feeding bunker of wet material with auger feeder, spent air cleaning system, at that, drying chamber consists of actuator in the form of lengthy leak-tight casing, which consists of two parts: cover, which is rigidly fixed with the tray, and moreover, in the plane, which is perpendicular to actuator axis, the cover profile is formed by internal and external hemispheres, and the tray has a profile of curvilinear trapezoid, with large external bottom, which is equal in diameter to cover external hemisphere diameter, and inside actuator there is a horizontal perforated sheet, moreover, the tray is based on frame by means of elastic system, and vibroexciter is fixed to tray bottom part by means of brackets, besides, wet material feeding bunker, product discharge nozzle, nozzles of heated air supply and spent air exhaust are installed at the actuator, and accordingly nozzles for connection to washing and fire-fighting systems are installed on the cover, moreover, there is a special equipment set that contains filter, damper at air line, air supply fan, heat generator, cyclone, fan of spent air exhaust with damper. ^ EFFECT: improves dryer capacity. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
