A plasma display device, an apparatus and a circuit for driving the same are provided to execute stable operation by preventing the variation of ramp signals according to the variation of charge voltages of a bootstrap capacitor. A plasma display device includes sustain, rising, and falling drivers. The sustain driver applies a sustain discharge voltage to first electrodes during a sustain period. The rising driver, which includes a first switch and a first gate driver, applies a ramp-up signal to the first electrodes. The falling driver, including a second switch and a second gate driver, applies a ramp-down signal to the first electrodes. The first gate driver includes a bootstrap capacitor(Cboot), a voltage stabilizer(100), and a push-pull circuit. The bootstrap capacitor is connected between a third voltage source and the first switch. The voltage stabilizer, connected to an output stage of the bootstrap capacitor, generates output voltages of the bootstrap capacitor with a set level. The push-pull circuit, formed between an output stage of the voltage stabilizer and the output stage of the first switch, controls outputs of the voltage stabilizer to a gate of the first switch according to a gate control signal.
