FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: replace radial blood supplied fascial flap under skin of internal crest of foot with applying of anastomoses "extremity sideways" on the vessels of radial and recipient vascular fascicles in a zone of formation of a flap. In three weeks find prefabricated derma-fascial flap on an internal crest of donor foot, replace it, closing defect of a basic surface of foot, with applying of anastomoses "extremity sideways" to vessels of the generated vascular leg and recipient vessels in a reconstruction zone. ^ EFFECT: replacement of tissues in the field of defect, possibility of creation and free transplantation of flap with axial type of blood supply in any favorable donor zone, good blood supply of graft and its fast engraftment in the field of defect, improvement of hemodynamic of anastomosis, exception of postoperative complications, reduction of terms of treatment. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
