Jalousie apparatus of refrigeration chamber of diesel locomotive includes cowl of ventilator to which body of jalousie apparatus of refrigeration chamber of locomotive is attached by means of reinforced rubber seals that are rubber with welded into it bolts with thread outside. To the body jalousie folds are attached, those are made of thin sheet of plastic. Each jalousie fold is hinged to the body of jalousie apparatus. At that each jalousie fold rests with one rib on surface of the previous jalousie fold and the other rib is bended to the inner side of the next jalousie fold. Output confuser is attached by means of welding to the body of the jalousie apparatus.
