A germ-free isolator equipped with shelves is provided to enable a user to receive and store the tools of surgery easily and to find easily the tools that are used for the germ-free delivery of pigs. A germ-free isolator equipped with a tank includes a case body(10), a drain(20), a filter portion(30), gloves(40) and a control box(50). Air sucking and air discharging lines(14,15) are installed on one side of the front of the case body. The drain discharges wastes. The filter portion is connected to the air sucking and discharging lines and purifies the air supplied by an air sending fan(31). A shelf(60) is installed on one side of the front and rear of the inside of the case body, and includes a couple of frames, a rack and a support. The rack is fixed on the lower end of the frame. A receiving recess is formed inside the support.
