ZIRCONIUM ION UV LIGHT SOURCE AND DISINFECTION SYSTEM DEVICE USING MICROWAVE DISCHARGE ELECTRODELESS LAMP

A non-electrode zirconium ultraviolet lamp and a liquid sterilizing device using the same are provided to remove germs in the water by lighting ultraviolet rays having main wavelength of 262.1nm in the water. A liquid sterilizing device includes plural ultraviolet ray emitting portion and a couple of resonance devices(10,20). The ultraviolet ray emitting portion includes an ultraviolet ray lamp and a protection pipe(41). The couple of resonance devices include super-high frequency generator and waveguides. Both ends of lamp tube portion(40) are bonded to the open holes of the couple of resonance devices airtightly. An air provider(50) is installed on the upper part of a waveguide(20) of the resonance devices. A diffuser that communicates with the waveguide and has a diffusing nozzle mounted thereon is installed on the lower part of the waveguides.
