An image forming apparatus is provided to inhibit the inclination phenomenon of the developer in the inside of a cartridge, thereby securing the image quality of the paper and preventing the leakage of the developer from generating. A rack member(25) is extended to any one between a receiving member and a cartridge along the sliding movement direction of the cartridge. A pinion(400) is arranged at another one between the receiving member and the cartridge and engaged with the rack member. A torque limitation member offers the resistance force to the rotation movement of the pinion. A shift(100) is extended from the receiving member and supports rotatably the pinion. The torque limitation member includes a hub combined with the shaft. A torque limitation housing receives the hub and is engaged with the pinion. A torque limitation member is interposed between the torque limitation housing and the hub and rubbed against the hub and rotated according to the rotation of the torque limitation housing.
