摘要 The invention relates to the branch of separation of gas mixtures, in particular to the separation of gas mixtures, which are formed during thermal processing of fuel and biomass, and it can be used in fuel-energy and chemical industry for separation of any gas mixture, which contain hydrogen, methane etc., into separate components. The separation is performed with use of combined adsorptive-chromatographic method at excess pressure of 1-150 atm and temperature from -50 to +120 °C in three stages. During the first stage initial gas mixture from carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon gases is separated by passing of the initial mixture of gases through the cylindrical separator with adsorbent with producing mixture of methane, carbon oxide, nitrogen and hydrogen. At the second stage combined separation of the mixture of gases after the first stage is carried out, then frontal separation is performed by filling of cylindrical separator with adsorbent by hydrogen and passing through it of the mixture of gases with successive producing hydrogen, mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen and mixture of hydrogen, nitrogen and oxide of carbon, and then - pressing separation by passing through cylindrical separator with adsorbent of methane up to the appearance at the output of clean methane and pressure drop down to atmospheric pressure for isolation of adsorbed methane. At the third stage separation of remaining components from hydrogen and from each other is made by passing through cylindrical separator with adsorbent of the mixture of hydrogen with nitrogen with use of nitrogen for pressing separation and passing of the mixture of hydrogen with nitrogen and oxide of carbon with use of carbon oxide for pressing separation. The method of adsorptive-chromatographic separation of the gas mixtures, which are formed during thermal processing of fuel and biomass, makes it possible to completely separate from the mixture separate components, in particular hydrogen and methane, and to maximally realize the sorption capacity of adsorbent.
