The invention relates to electric measuring equipment and can be used for check of measures of electric resistance, shunts, for measurement of electric resistance with small values, creation of unit of measuring equipment on micro-electronic level and at measurement of non-electric values. The method of measurement of electric resistance is in fact that in six-arm Tomson bridge one additionally replaces arms corresponding to resistance of sample measure and measured resistance with repetitive equilibration of bridge circuit by zero indicator by means of comparison arms and value of measured resistance Rone determines by formula:,where- value of resistance of arm corresponding to sample measure;- value of resistance of comparison arm at measurement of resistance of arm of respective measured resistance;- value of resistance corresponding to measured resistance;- value of resistance of comparison arm at measurement of resistance of arm corresponding to resistance of sample measure.The method makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement. |
